for relisting, I have my UI set up so the 'sell an item' window pops up away from my vendor stockroom window.

then I highlight the 100 items (of same price), and just click the "sell item" button on the stockroom window, then enter key (which I remapped to left click for this), stockroom "sell", enter, etc etc.... it just automagically selects next highlighted button, i'll often do it while watching TV or something, as my mouse doesn't have to move... just right click, left click, right click, left click.... about a half second pause inbetween each (depending on lag). and a re-highlight every 100 items (of same value, that is).
