I know this is a very minor thing but can we at least get that message removed then? It would help with some confusion...

[Jedi Guide]: Tips for Fighting Bounty Hunters

Why are Fencers forced to use a Baton?
Why are Swordsmen forced to use a Hammer?
Why are Jedi forced to use a Flashlight?

As far as I know you were never able to pick a vendor up once you've dropped it, initialized or not.
you can't even move them with the /move forward/back XXX command. Only rotate works.

This is true.

Rotate does not work on test anymore. I have to give them vocal advertising and run in and out of the building. When they eventualy turn to face me and say something I turn it off. Thats my fun work around for what I assume is an issue that won't reach Live... *cross fingers*

Oh yeah, heres one for you....

I have 6 vendors in a medium Naboo house; 5 in the main room and one in the side room to the left as you enter. All have greetings. When someone passes by outside on a speeder bike or other conveyance of speed, the one in the side room turns and gives his greeting...

Then the closest in the main room turns toward him and gives the first vendor its greeting, starting a chain reaction greet-a-thon.

Oh, and a work around. Drop your vendors first, then decorate around them....

I guess I can understand not being able to pick one up again... but it would be very handy to have /move and /rotate work on them. The move and rotate commands only move the objects display position and should not have any effect on the operation of the object itself. If this is not on our list of top issues I am thinking that it should be. Specifically, making /move and /rotate work with a dropped vendor.

so i was in Dearic on Talus the other day. (don't ask, i like to frequent out of the way planet's ok?! nothing illegal obviously) I headed over to this mission terminal, and standing beside it was "a criminal". i figure this is my kind of scum so i say hello.

"i have a piece of a camera i need taken to my friend, but i need someone else to do it"

"sure i'll help"

"thanks, he'll give you something to bring back to me"

"see you then"

i hop into my speeder, buzz over to his buddy and give him the "camera part" (yeah right)

"thanks, here's something for my buddy. he'll reward you"

"righty o, glad to help"

and i had back to "a criminal"

"thanks for your help, here's a widget"

so i got a little thing that i think is a part to a picture printer. not sure.

the point of all this is.... how freaking hard can it be to make a smuggler mission system???? slap some smuggler XP and a "must have novice smuggler" tag on thislittle jauntand you've got a novice smuggler quest. c'mon! its all right there, get it together people.
