You Are WRONG!!! there is no xp for selling ANYTHING!!!!
You get a bulky/Driod vendor type when you go up the buisness tree. then you place that and an access fee of 1credit and WAIT!

Sorry, ignore my question, Ive just reallised all you have to do to get a vendor is
make your house public and use the structure control to place the vendor - soz
