OK Doc. You have spoken, and I appreciate that. I wantmy vendor back or fair compensation. I had posted offers from my other toon that I lost on my vendor too. I want an answer and I want it now. I have been dealing with my issue for weeks now. It has been about a month since my last sale on this vendor. This is really getting to be unacceptable. I too have sent Tiggs a message with no response. I really want an answer. These were pre cu weapons I lost. And some of them converted to be great weapons. It is only fair to get compensation. This problem needs to be addressed and now!

So are you saying that you have contacted them and they are not paying any attention to you or the problem? Maybe rephrase that last comment?

I haven't contacted anyone on this topic. It isn't personally affecting me and contact on others behalf would be improper since I'm no longer the Merchant correspondent. I trust Elyssa will aprise the Devs of issues like these when they come up. Whether they respond to her is anyone's guess.
However even when I did have standing to speak about these issues it hardly mattered what my opinion was.

What I do is put a single unit resource on at 10cr and then every week or 2 I check to see how many days are left. If it is less then 16 (30-14) I pull it to stockroom then inventory and relist from inventory thereby resetting the inactivity timer.

i sent in a ticket about this too a month or so ago. i had a vendor in a house acting as a temporary holding for a friends items since they were leaving. i put an item on the vendor for sale, went on vacation, she loaded her stuff in packs and offered it to the vendor then left the game. i came back after 2 weeks away, went to buy the packs and the vendor vanished from inactivity. CSR said they could do nothing about it.

I never heard of vendor inactivity clause. I thought as long as we had something for sale the vendor would stay in the game. I just lost a vendor full of Neutral Chassis. The funny thing is as I walked into my shop I got three email at the same time. Two were my Rebel chassis and my Imperial chassis are working properly, the third was my Neutral chassis was deleted because of inactivity or lack of items to sale. Well unfortunately it was loaded. Find it intersting I get blasted with these email as i walk in the door of my shop. And why two vendor (who were empty by the way) are fine and the third (which is full) got deleted. I submitted a ticket. But it sounds like I am likely to get no help. All had maintenance in them too. There are just too many bugs in the game since CU. Really a shame they told us for a year they would not rush the CU and put it in full of bugs. It seems like everytime I turn around a new bug pops up. Most have only been irritatiing (like chat windows defaulting) but this one is costly. I really hope the offer a fair solution for us.

4 e-mails to Tiggs and none read and no resolution. I will be sending one everyday until I get an answer. The answer better be that I get my stuff back or fair compensation. This is a HUGE load of BS. This is getting ridiculous. I hope she is on vacation because it is not like her to respond to large issues like this.

the reason why you didnt get emails till you walked in is the vendor system only operates when the vendor is loaded into the world. everything in this game is dynamically loaded from the databases upon request and if 2 weeks goes by without the vendor loading into the game it wont send the emails 1 till it loads and 2 it will auto delete with the 2 week inactivity. it sucks i know, i lost over 100m credits worth of items that belonged to my friend but life goes on.

I also had this happen to me. All my vendors except 1 deleted without any warning or anything. All had items on it, all of them were paid with maint. they just disappeared.
I sent in a ticket and the CSR told me they could do nothing about it because the vendors deleted because of inactivity.

I dont really care about the other vendors, but my storage one had lots of stuff on it 
Thing that angers me the most is that I see many unused vendors of people that left the game which are not deleting themselves, and mine delete for no reason and I cant be compensated....
