Is anyone familiar with the old K-mart blue light specials? The ones where thee would be a blue flashing light in the store next to a table of items that were price reduced for a limited time... The light would stay on only as long as the sale items lasted (or until the time limit ended for the blue light special).

I think this might actually be a nice feature. We could have some way to flag our vendor to denote a special sale. It would attract customers to the shop and if they missed the sale item they would probably buy something else while they were there.
