I just trained Efficiency II and I got the xp from all vendors the following hour.
merchant xp isnot based on sales...1,000,000,000 times this have been said...ts based on unique views of your venders,advertising on the planitary map.......merchant is not a skill based calss...sorry thers are no mods for being a good salesman/woman....
im glad this class is ungrindable....keeps out the riftraft

Did you try replacing the vendors with new ones?
