DEVS WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE FIXED ITS NEARLY A WEEK NOW AND NO REMARKS OR ANYTHING ON THIS PROBLEM.
YOU GUYS CAN FIX CANDLES AND LAMPS THAT TURN OFF REAL QUICK BUT NOT THIS? WHATS GOING ON???

screaming to the DEVs here doesn't do anything people,
the professionalboard are the most {well perhaps trade is first} player basedthreads on this forum.
{I exclude servers as they are actually more of a general chat then specific information board}
Honestly DEVs won't be answering a question out of the blue here in Merchant if they do not acknowledge it in a DEV thread.
Really save the screams for them, not us.

According to the Devs we spoke to at Fan Fest they read the fourms. Supposedly.
Besides, where the heck else do we post.
The dictators of these forums shut down bug threads so quickly that this becomes the only place to post profession based bugs.
So if not here, then where?

Those are good places to post to insure that your issues and bugs get seen by the right eyes.
The devs do occasionally wander into other forums, but having those specific threads lets them gather all the information in one place without having to read 6 billion different posts.
Honestly, how many different posts do we have on exactly the same topic on this forum alone?
Now multiply that by all the different professions and add a few for non-profession specific ones and you can see that it's just too much data for them to sort through.
Profession forums are mainly for help and advice about the profession, and it's certainly the appropriate place to bring up issues so I can see them and pass them along, but once that information has been passed there's not much else that can be done but sit and wait.
That being said, I know that they are aware of the problem.
Do I know when/if it will be fixed? No.
Is there anything I can do about it? No.
And it is non-productive language like that which causes threads to be locked and deleted.

You might be surprised, but they do actually want to hear the bad things about the game. The problem is that most people take a confrontational tone about it and all that accomplishes is getting the discussion shut down.
