This is an excellent program already! I wish I had known about it 2 months ago. I look forward to future releases.
Feedback/Suggestions:
I read that you had taken out how the program saved the new data to a file and loaded it from there upon startup...is that right? My first question is if you could make it so that the new dataloaded on program start(new email created through the /mailsave command) can be added to the current data, then the .mail files deleted (or archived automatically). I love the archive feature, but once its archived I have to load it seperately to include it.

On a related note, can you set it up to archive by week? Or a user-configured time period? One year seems to be really long. What I'd like it to keep the /mailSave directory a clean of files as possible. Can you imagine the number of /mail files a Tailor or Powerup vendor will generate over a year?! I'm still learning the export functions and how to input the data into my own little spreadsheets.
Basically, it seems a data file could be used, one for each character/vendor. We tell the program what data files to load on program start, and then the program adds the new data to the appropriate data files.

Love the program! So far the only thing I was curious about is if you could make the Star ratings user configurable. I sell resources mainly, and so just about every person in there buys 50k of stuff in their first purchase. I'd like to see us able to set our Rating levels. Up to8 figures if possible (I sold a single stack of stuff for 1.7million). So it would be great is I could say that rating 1 was less than 100k, 2 was 100k to500k, 3 was 500k to 1 million, 4 was 1 million to 5 million, and 5 was over 5 million. Is it possible to add a tiny graphic for the rating?

I'm a master tailor master artisan Master merchant and I have sales partners. I was trying to set up the program to archive in different folders so that the information is filtered on the back end and when I look at the tool I only see certain types of purchases and customers. I've been using this about 2 weeks.
This makes it easier to give information to partners. I have 5 additional folders setup in the archive section and I clear out the 2004 folder each daywhen I file the emails to the correct folder.
Starting a couple of days ago, when I click on archive mail, it wrote over the information in my Tailor folder instead of putting the archived mail in the 2004 folder. It had worked correctly before. Any ideas?
I'm gonna play around with it some more tonight. it just seemed strange so I thought I'd let you know.

This program is the best, But just to put up a bug i noticed.... AM should be PM and vise versa for the purchase dates, there backwards 
.
I was getting confused on when people where buying things till i figured this one out.
I Look forward to future releases

This won't work for me for some reason I really wish it would 
I get an error message whenthe programtries to load from a mailsave, and it'll only show me my first month of sales.

I can't get this puppy to load my e-mail either. Every time I go through the drop-down menus, choose my account and pick "Ok", I get a runtime error that shuts down the application.
It's a bummer, it looks like a sweet app. Hopefully I can figure out what the problem is.

LOL, well I'm tickled -- so far there's only ONE major bug that's stopping people from using the program. I'd say that's pretty darned good on my first try.
I'll detail the bug for you so that you can avoid it if at all possible. This will be resolved with the next version.
Basically, I sort e-mails based upon their subject line. The subject line is how I determine whether or not the e-mail I'm currently looking at is a vendor or purchase-related e-mail. If it matches my search pattern, I process the e-mail under it's appropriate type (Bazaar, Vendor, Purchase, etc). If it doesn't, that e-mail is ignored.
Dumbly thinking that no one would EVER get an e-mail from a friend with words like 'Vendor', 'Instant Sale' and such in them, I just had it search for any instance of those common words in the subject.
Now, there are people who HAVE gotten e-mails with those words in them who are now crashing as a result.
In the next version, I am going to fix that, and make the search strings a lot more specific so that we don't run into the problem again.
In the mean time, if you are crashing out in the midst of it loading, that's likely the problem. If you can, sift through your e-mails, and find the one that's causing the problem. If it'd be a huge gigantic pain in the arse to do so, just hang in there, a new version is just around the corner.

said it once before this program is so sweet. had a question though if I delete an e-mail what happens? does the program keeps updating new e-mails or what ever is saved in the SWG folder...
