My post was pointing out the effort not the successes 
As for global map. I disagree its a LOT better that you don't have to re-register it. I don't claim its perfect but it does not take the same amount of time and anyone can cause it to appear on the map not just your merchant character. That is better. Though I agree its not finished.
As for the costs..even the wacky variable costs we have today are better than the Sales Amount/1000 that we got with the non npc vendors before.
