either continue and then Rebind the overwritten command,
or choose a new binding for current choices.
This is attached to your Windows Clipboard, so you can also copy text out side of the game, then paste it while playing,
or copy it into your 'notes' {which is found in your login profile folder contained in the SWG directory} and access ingame via /note.

nice
day!
you either did not bind keys correctly or use the correct keys to copy.
Basic text includes Emails, descriptions area, bio, and /note.
Chat that may be colored includes auction, vendor barking, AFK reply, reply, guild.
Basically everything except spoken chat like yell, say, and shout.
just before the word(s) you want that color.
though not always depending what you are naming.
Type \# and the corresponding #'s before your words you want colorized.
Remember to use the white code if wanting to return to normal looking text.
Then begin highlighting from the bottom of the empty lines you just created.
This will allow you to highlight the \ & #s at the beginning of the lines easier.
Above all play with it and try out all you can.

Thanks alot.
One more question. How do you do your nice sigs. As I see the slight changing in colour txt in Ani's sic.
I use THIS
works great for coloring Siggies at least, type the words, copy the HTML, paste it asign fonts and spaceing.
Do not use it for signs though as we have a very very limited space ingame
OH BEFORE I FORGET!
Signs ingame are now seen in as if boxed in
The veiwers text size option will limit what is seen thru this box.
Most will see one or two lines fine
but if their text size is higher lines 3 and 4 may be cut out..

I use the following as it does not overwrite any command used by game;
Ctrl-Alt-C for copy
Ctrl-Alt-V for paste

as a Tailor who labels my clothing it makes it simple one hit with my mouse thumb work.
then went thru and keymapped only the ones I use {all to right side and fkeys}
For some reason I can't get copy and paste to work ingame. I've rebinded it so copy is the keypad del button and keypad enter is the paste button. Yet it still won't copy and paste. If I copy some text in windows it still won't paste in SWG?
Whats up? Any ideas?

Anyone know how to make them visiable without having to click on the sign itself? That hasn't been working for me for awhile... wasn't sure if it had been taken care of or not. (Well, I've got a pretty good idea that it's not.)
options -> misc -> show all object names
my shop sign says CLOSED. it's amazing how many people ignore that and pay the 50k fee

Ok signs self center and you must begin highlighting well under the last line you typed to get the color code on the first line and the text on last line to be copied.
Looking at your text it itself isfine, just remeber to 'enter' a few lines down and start highlighting it from the end backwards to the beginning...
