Vendors are one of the only times I'm glad I have a poor graphics card. If they are relatively pretty and relatively slim, I keep them. Watch me upgrade my graphics card and come to find out they are all wrinkled old hags.

I'd so love to have this implemented... At least, as a former poster said, hire an ID.. would give them a lot to do as well 
I am sick and tired of the purple hair, green lipstick, fat bellies, age old face etc. etc... My "fetisch" is strict male zabrak vendors in my shop. I ask of my fellow crafters in there, that they follow this code. Put black link steel gloves on, and a black doctor's dress... They look pretty cool.

I came here to post on this and found this thread. I seriously agree, I decided to make a nice pretty twi'lek and ended up with a tei'lek that had maximum torso/maximum weight and was yellow. I put a dancer outfit on her and she is still like this big yellow blob. We should be able to customize vendors like we create our character, that would be easy for the devs to do, they already have the code, why not just add some extra strings or something to give us a customize option?

I think the allowing IDs to modify vendors would be a great addition to both professions. It seems like all the parts are there too. Just make it so that if an ID is grouped with a vendor owner the ID option is available on its radial menu to them. Then the ID screen would pop up on both players view except with the vendor in the windows.

It is my understanding that vendors will reject anything that can be bio-linked.

Well I don't know when this happened or how it is related to the now deleted ugly vendor picts list but I looked at my vendors today and they are now all old and ugly. Not only that but the are female humans and they all have sideburns.
All the sideburns are the same color and not the color of their hair.
One vendor has dark skin on her body and pale skin on her head.
Is this new or did I just not notice before?

I've seen this bug before.
No idea what causes it, but it usually corrects itself.
I've even seen players affected by it so it's not limited to vendors.
It might even be a client-side thing.

Thanks. I will check them again a few times and if it doesn't straightne out I will fill a new /bug report

I'm certain it's a client-side thing now.
Last night, one of my characters was affected by it, but anyone else looking at the character didn't see it and saw my character as completely normal.
Today the character looked normal to me.

When mine get ugly I slap them around a bit and threaten to dress them in womens clothing, usually works for me

Yeah, my twi'lek female often gets a pale face and beard when loading into areas.

I have not had this happen once since updating my video card drivers.
