I seem to have the same problem, my droid autostores when i add a fresh new battery, but if it is a 90% or less it will stay there. Very weird how it changes from one person to another....

I was disappointed to discover, by signing in with an alt from another account, that the droid stored promptly at logoiut. Only tried that once tho, has anyone gotten any positive results? It was patroling (not just on stay), and I know I have had droids survive a short logout when patroling in the past.

Pets/vehicles/Droids will autostore within 4 min after you go LD, This is to prevent decay or damage to said items should you lose connection for an enxtended period of time.

I just bought my merchant barking droid and can't figure out how to program what to say or give it waypoints to hand out. I don't see anything in the radial menu. is it a command I'm missing.

The developers should put a toggle in the options to ignore all droid barkers. You can basically disable most graphic additions, text, you can ignore people, but not the droids. I thought I had read somewhere that if you ignored the owner of the droid, the droid would go silent to you. That might be a way around it if they wanted to add that code in. But a single option would be 1000 times better. Getting off the shuttle in Coronet with all the droid barkers and macro barkers must really suck now. I tend to stay away from there.

Anyone actually found a use for these droids yet? Surely AFK-Shout macroing is much more effective, 1) It's free, 2) it doesn't need a recharge every hour, 3) It covers a greater distance, 4) It's free!
Personally i don't see much use to barker droids other than to add another bark for your store/mall if you don't want to waste a vendor. I'd rather see a second form of Bazaar terminal, that lists player vendors across the server for those players with atleast Novice Merchant, though you would be required to pay a maintenance fee to keep your vendors listed on this bazaar terminal. For every higher level of merchant you could have reduced fees and other perks.
No more afk spammers, no lag from afk players/barker droids and true galactic advertising. Imo of course.

i set mine with patrol points to bark from theed spaceport to the cantina
probots move rathe slow so it increases my bar radius
i noticed this also keeps my barker operational alot longer

If you hate all the shouting at the starports, don't try to ignore the droids.
They don't shout
They don't spam 5 sentence every 3 seconds
They don't do it all day long for free.
What I would like is an option to change the time between bark every 5 minutes and batteries last 2.5 or 5 hours.
Besides that, for the auto-store issue, I'm having some trouble too since last patch, on both sides.
Sometimes, I try to store my swoop and it stay there, even if I can recall it and have 2 identical swoop out at the same time even if I only have 1 in my datapad.

hey there are 2 issues at AFK shouting
the most important -- seems that you're not playing :/ cause I'd like to play the game while my droid advertises for me.
then ---------------- can be ignored
how do you work on stocking your vendor, checking market etc... while afk ?
I got two barkers today, so I can switch, and I'm about to get advertising 4 (should be okay in a few hours) can't wait to use em (hehe one BLL and one Protocol)
