I am in the same boat as many of you. I was a 2/4/4/4 BH, then that evil little blue cube told me to master merchant. The tips I have read here will make the journey much easier I hope, but there is now way that this class can be as badly bug-ridden or agonizing than the investigation tree (after getting investigation 2, I took a total of 10 missions, 2 of which actually worked = about 10 hours and 50-75k in travel expenses for a total of 210experience - LOL!!!!). I do hope this will be a change from the kill, kill, kill lifestyle I have led up to now. ANyone on flurry that wants to set up a few houses and run in and out of each other's shops for the access fee xp? If so shoot me a line, I am usually near Anchorhead and Bestine. Once again, thanks all for the tips.

Go place a vendor and get XP to qualify for novice merchant.

Man, my hats off to you vendors. Holocron also told me to become Master Merchant. Right now I'm 2/0/0/4 in merchant. It's nothing I can power level through. Just place my vendors, add some product, and hope people look.

I'm afraid of the efficiancy line! lol. All these posts about how they stop getting XP more often when they go up that line. Sure it'll cost me more to go up that line last, but XP is valuable!
