Thread: Disappearing Vendors?
Just encountered this problem myself. My human female NPC vendor vanished, the day after I placed her. Her stock (about 4K of radioactives) still shows up on the Regional list when I use another vendor, but I cannot retrieve the stock, remove the vendor, or make her appear. All I can do is transfer the stock to the stockroom, where it gives me an "invalid item" error when I try to retrieve it.
Hope the CSR resets her soon. 
Mine has vanished today with all my stock
Did anyones reappear in the end or do you just get compensated for the loss ?

My friend has just told me that my vendor reappeared 
and all stuff appears to be on it.
I was getting worried for a bit. 
Had one disappear 3 days ago and hasnt returned ... sad because it had about 50 comando weapons.

Day number 9. marqie, is there any way you can bring this to their attention? It's reaching "intolerable", now. My /bug report has gone unanswered in all that time, and I'm afraid further bug reports will either knock me back further in the queue or get "eaten"because I already have a bug report in place.
three vendors disapeared from my house to day paid for a month house too all three stocked . Does anyone know where they are. Also it says i cant place more so my house thinks they are there . help plz

I sent in a CSR and got this response...."we are aware of this problem" and they are working on it...duh
This happened to me yesterday with my tailor (Avara) on Bloodfin. I went to restock my three NPC vendors yesterday afternoon and they just weren't there! (I think they were playing hooky. heh)
I submitted a CSR ticket but the only response I got was (not verbatim): "Sometimes this happens. The vendor should reappear within 24 hours. Also try picking up some items from your house; vendors sometimes disappear when you have too many items in your house."
I admit I was close to the limit of items in my small Corellian house (146 items to be exact), but I hadn't gone over the limit. And, I don't think I'm too close to a server boundary, but I could be wrong. So, anyway, I removed some items from my house.
The vendors were back when I logged on this morning, but I'm waiting for them to disappear again. I've only been merchant for two weeks, I guess I can consider myself fully initiated into the high stakes world of the merchant.
Now, I'm wondering if I should relocate my shop (which I'm hesitant to do because I like the location I'm in) or just take agamble in the place I'm already at.
To make matters worse, I logged in this morning and someone had bought a lot of clothes off my vendors (about 49000 credits worth) but I only received about 10000 credits from the sales. Eep! Should I report this to CSR or can they do anything about this?
I woud put a ticket in, but you will probably find that it shows up.
On the move. I would only do it if they disappear again.
