I only had one vendor for the record.

Can you actually retrieve the things that where left in the storeroom? I can put the three items I had left in there up for sale but if I try to retrieve them it hangs forever.

I would pull all my stuff out before i try it.....you can never know what might happen

Man, it's tedious, but... I did as advised, removing all the stuff from my droid vendor before replacing it with an NPC. I forgot about two batches of resources that were dropped to sell to me, though. When I booted up the new vendor, I could buy them and move them into the stockroom, but they are now stuck in the perpetual limbo of "Retrieving item" actions that extend into eternity or until the next server crash....
