Hi,
I really don't have any skill points to spare, and was wondering if I trained up business to lvl 3 to place a merchant, and then surrendered the points, what would happen? Would I still be able to use the merchant?

I would expect it wouldn't let you sell the skill back, and would say something like "you cannot sell this skill while you still have a vendor." but knowing this game that's probably been missed...

Can merchants give vendors to players without biz skills? In other words - if someone wants to sell something on a vendor in their house or PA hall, can they go to a merchant and have the merchant create a vendor for them?

No. A merchant could set a vendor in your house and you can offer items to the vendor for the mechant to buy, but the merchant has to be the one that buys the items from you (either in person or through the 'offer') and is the only one allowed to sell those items on the vendor. You can find a merchant typically who will offer to sell your goods on consignment. This means you give the merchant your items and a asking price, the merchant sells the items on a vendor at a profit, and when the item sells, the merchant gives you the asking price.

I want to relocate my house. my question is, if i get the deed back do i have to take everything out of the vendor and house and empty the whole thing out. or do i get the deed, do nothing putthe housesomewhere else and have everything the way it was.

I am a master artisen/ architect with merchant 3-4-0-1..... so far and I have a question.

A close friend of mine in game and in reality is a soon to be master doc, and I would like to sell medical items on one of my vendors. Can I deed him a vendor to place, because there is no admin list for vendors, or doI have to buy the items from him outright and place them on the vendor myself. Im just looking to expand my business into new markets.

Can I trade a vendors deed from my datapad?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Sorry. Trading is not possible.

There is a request to add a consignment functionality to vendors, but as far as it works now, consignment agreements must be worked out outside of the vendor interface.

Either you buy the items from him to resell them or you agree with him to give him the money back minus your share when things get sold.
