Thread: Vendor Stockrooms Broken?

i had about 300 items in my mall go off sale today, they are on various vendors. when i clicked on my first vendor, then clicked on stockroom i could see all the items that went off sale, however, when i clicked on the box to check only this vendor.... it showed no items. there are definitely items in the stockroom of each vendor, but none of them show it individually. anyone else having this same problem?

I am having the same problem. I createda new vendor tonight as a test and it worked fine, so its just my prepatch vendors that are bugged.

quick way to test is to add a new item to the vendor. then look at the location.
it should read , naboo, naboo, or which planet.
The old way included the region, which is where the problem lies.
Still waiting confirmation from CSR. I have found the problem, just need a solution.

I have had this problem too, I had a bunch of structures go to the stockroom and couldnt access them from my structure vendor. I could access them from a different vendor in the same tent. I havent had significant problems with this since but nothing has hit my inbox telling me that all my stuff is expired either. Im not looking forward to it.

mmmm i have no problems with my vendors (12 total) that display the location on the planet...

I have this same exact problem. 130 items in my stockroom that I can't get. In-game CSR said that this is a new-known bug and they can't do anything at their level. The CSR gave me an email addy to someone at Sony. I got a reply the same day telling me that they know of the problem and hope to have a solution soon. Sooo hopefully we can get our items and don't end up with an "weapologize for the inconvenience but we are unable to replace your lost items bla bla bla............

Hmm can't you relist them from another vendor?
That is what I ended up doing.

I tried relisting everyitem and used my other toon to buy a few things. After I buy them they don't go in my inventory they just get stuck on the vendor.

Well, this nifty little number has put me out of business. It is a little tough to craft when your storage vendor does not want to give anything up. lol Is there a work around for this? I am pretty much hosed as it is now. I tried relogging and nadda. It is a now you see them, now you don't. I am a MSW and I am out of business.

Are you physically standing AT your storage vendor and not trying to retrieve remotely?
Have you filed a customer service ticket?
