I know you have to have Eff 4 to place a vendor tent... do you have to take down the tent when you drop Eff 4?

I am thinking of giving up merchant soon. Now my question is if I give up structures 4 and lose "merchant tent" will the tent and vendors in it go *poof* before I move them??? I read that serveral merchant perks remain after you give up the skills. IfI knew I wouldn't lose those items in my 3 vendors I would simply ditch structures now and move those vendors later. Just curious. thanks!

I was wondering if i dropped efficiency 4 would i still be able to keep the tent. Are there any drawbacks to dropping efficiency 1-4 besides vendors costing more?

Yea I kinda wanted to avoid that because it will cost me 40k merchant xp andI am using merchant xp for the fs luck skills. Oh well guess I will report back what happens.

I am just about to surrender merchant as I no longer have the time to be able to stock up vendors etc.

I currently have my merchant tent as my residence and a friend has his own vendor in there.

I have got rid of all my vendors.

I am just trying to find out what will happen to the tent if i drop all of merchant. Will it suddenly vanish, taking his vendor and all his stock, or will I still be able to use the tent without having the skill to place a tent?
