Wrong
There is a inactivty removal in place
two weeks of zero interaction for your vendor and it's gone
they call it being abandoned I think, and fully stocked fully paidvendors are included in this.

WOW! Thanks Ani!! Man this is the last thing we need new or young merchants to think. BTW, if you are doing your daily vendor clicky run, check your friends and guildies in the same area. It only takes a sec and can save so much greif and heartache if they are also under the wrong impression.
Soo... a vendor that is not used will go *poof* after two weeks, even if it has a year's maintenance in it. What's the point of being able to place a dozen vendors - to increase our chances of losing one due to inactivity?
Yet if I quit the game, my buildings will exhaust their maintenance and draw from my bank account, meaning that they will still be here 2 years from now.
BTW, where is merchant in the line of classes being revamped? Well, proposed revamp list.
This all came with the merchant revamp...
let me go rustle up the links from when it was all put in...
too tired to find forum links
heres the publish one

My vendors used to be active all the time...
I got hit because instead of people coming into my shop and checking my vendors they are doing it from Bazaars..
So i have stocked vendors, all paid up and becuase the shop visiting has dried up. i lose millions.
That is BS. I would have sworn that it got bumped to 30 days and even 90 days at one point in a latter fix/publish. I know that there was an majoroutcry over 14 days to spark that change. I remember going "Whew, I know I will log in once a month."
I just had one go poof too. I have submitted tickets to that effect.
