Thread: Petition: Agianst the upcoming Merchant Nerf
you have to post the facts about this merchant nerf. right now it is in test. there are no hard facts about what exactly is going live. if and when they finalize number that are 100% going live, and you are still not happy, then its time to start a petition if thats what you would like to do. as it stands, the devs are looking into upping the max number of items on vendors to a more respectable number.

Their are lots of Posts out there debateing the facts... THIS Post is a straight Petition ...
There already IS a merchant petition. Maybe you should do some checking next time before you spam this in every galaxy
Also, you're crazy if you think a "petition" is going to do anything.
Try leaving a constructive comment or three in the development forum, that's how you'll be heard, not by typing /sign.
Fact one: DocSavage has said the limits are going through no matter what, get used to it.
Fact two: The devs have an agenda that they hope to accomplish by this. Be it database, monopolies or whatnot, they want to change the way most big crafters operate.
Fact three: There is absolutely no way to come up with a 'fair' number when you start looking at different professions. What may be fair to a master merchant/ master chef may not be fair to a master merchant/ master tailor/ master artisan.
Fact four: If the devs agreed to increase the limit (oh, that would be soo nice of them) to a number that the majority of players feel comfortable with, they will not have accomplished fact two.
Fact five: If vendor limits go through, it will be a rather small number and will not be liked by the majority of players.
Fact six: We have no choice but to stop this now before it hits live or stop giving them our money afterwards.
