They added titles to the descriptionsfor thetop skills with this patch. The title for Efficiency IV? Businessman.

And for Hiring IV, you get Foreman. The same title Architects get at Construction IV.

Businessman is given at business 4, not efficiency 4.

Its given both times for some strange and unknown reason.

Expert businessman would have made more sense

How would you be able to tell if "Businessman" is given at Business 4 and Efficiency 4? You need business 4 for merchant, so you wouldn't (shouldn't) be able to drop it to find out...
