Ive seen some ppl shouts using colors. this is in open shouts, not tells. anyone knows the syntax?

So, since I never saw the answer here...can you do it by using the same method for coloring signs? the /#xxxxx method?

So, I'm new to the merchant. How do you colour shouts? I see that you colour them the same way as signs, but how do you do that?
