best way to get Merchant xp is to place vendors. you get 150 xp per hour per vendor that you have placed. If you are looking to master, then go up the management tree first, placing a new vendor each time you get a new level of management, thus increasing your exp per hour.

Hey, i'm a new merchant too, just got it a few hours ago. It took like 100 general crafting tools to get there, but I got it.

I'm looking for some good tips as well

Just got novice yesterday and wondered if items ever delete off vendor as long as you keep money on them?

A sale currently last for 30 days. If the item is not sold after 30 days, you will get an email letting you know of the fact and the item will drop off the vendor into the vendor's stockroom. If the item is not removed from the stock room (by you relisting it for sale or pulling it off the vendor) within seven days the item is deleted.

Welcome to Merchant!

I do not use Merchant for my FS but you should be able to cap it in a 1-2days. So thats 20k FSxp every 1-2days, if I am remembering my conversion numbers accurately.

So to fill all of the Senses trees using just Merchant xp, should take 240-480 days, or 8-16months.
