I would suspect that many people, to get around vendor limits, will put an entire set of armor in a pack, and then sell the pack, thereby only selling "one item." Another reason is that you cannot see what is in the pack when you buy it, and there is a potential for fraud.

well that screws the hell out of custom orders...

Don't they realize that it is common and appropriate for merchants to sell bundles of items in a single order for a customer?! Now if I ordera bunch ofcrates of something from a fellow crafter and I get a package deal, someone else can buy part of my order from him before I get there!? I guess this is yet another type of transaction that must be done in person. One more use of vendors bites the dust.

...they're nice decorations for houses and Guild Halls though, so I guess I should be happy.

Nerf everything!

Thus ends the era of easily buying sets of armor or doing ANY custome orders. Thanks dev's, bend us over some more.

Interesting how you say 'get around' when other people might say make it convienent to buy a full set. Example, one person was asking about finding a vendor that stocked sets of ubese armor, ok well there aren't that many, and the one that was stocking them had one person came and bought all 30-40 of the ubese jackets leaving the rest of the pieces of the 30-40 full sets that were on the vendor before that. So the vendor looked bad and the customer went away further frustrated.
