When you achieve Diagnostics II in the Medic Tree, you recieve a new ability:

Drag Incapacitated Player, used by typing in the / command with the same name.

I have attempted to use this twice now, and neither time did it do anything. The text given said I was "attempting to drag <insert name here>" but I never successfully dragged anyone, anywhere.

So, is this bugged? Do they need to give me some kind of consent? How exactly does this work?

Yeah,I amhaving similar issues but mine gets worse.

I have First Aid III and in my skills it shows that I have a command called 'Drag Incapacitated'. I cliked on the macro that was automatically added to my quick bar to do it with my target incap selected. When I hit the button, I get a mesage ' this action can only be performed in town or within a camp site'. So, removed the button and now I can not find it anywhere in my abilities list.

I sent a bug report for this.

There was a bug at the end of beta...

You were actually dragging the player, but the medic cannot see the body move.

Drag the player a few times, then dump a stim on him/her. They will stand up in the new position.

Some other players in the area will see the incapped player move (the medic never will) some won't... but they do actualyl move.

Why drag a player? Just stimpack him back into the fight.

Maybe if it'sa mind incap, but overall the skill seems pretty useless.

Ever been on a battlefield and had to stim some1 inside the range of turrents? not only is it dangerous to u...but if u do stim the guy on the spot, the turrent will hit him again as soon as he's up and incap him again...

Nowadays you'll be lucky if this works at all. Most people unless they're in a faction get the dreaded "It would be unwise to help such a patient." message.

I think it helps to drag players out of combat if they are a ranged attacker they get the chance to go prone and start shooting stright of with out having to run out of the mess thats happning in close combat.
