Medic Archive

As someone who has dipped into the medic profession but isn't going to persue it all the way through what are the best skills to pick out of novice medic, is it better to go to 4 in pharmacology so you can use stim Cs, or as I saw on another board is it as useful to go to 4 in first aid and just continue to use Stim Bs? At this point with my desired template I can put about 18 skill points into medic after Novice, what would you suggest I go for?

I am also a medic dabbler although I had more points than you to dump. I think general consensus is that you don't _really_ need stim c's when you can buy super B's off of the docs.

That being said First Aid may be your better choice.

Depending on the benefits though, (somebody may have to correct me here), you might get a better use of going up pharma and First aid both.

Personally I went 3-0-4-4 Strange but I like to be self sufficient and this allows me to make and use my own C's, which when you have subpar components are more reliable than b's. Besides, I am already paying those chefs wads of credits for brandy.

I went 0-2-3-0. It's much easier to just find a constant supplier of stims then to go to the trouble of making the components and then the actual stim for stim c's. plus the 2nd branch of medic increases the speed with which you can heal people and with the 3rd branch it enable's you to use stim c's of course you could take the 2nd branch up one more box and be able to drag incapped players and that would help if you were into pvp.
