Thread: Do Droid Medic Modules affect Damage, or just Wounds?

I'm getting ready to buy a Surgical Droid (don't care about actual chassis, just the medic module and crafting), but I am unclear on what effect the medic module will have. Now I know the module will let me heal wounds as if I were in a medical facility or camp. And if the rating is high enough, it can be even better than a medical facility. However, I'm not clear on what effect, if any, the module has on healing damage. If I get a module with a 110 rating, will I actually be able to use my stimpaks to a higher level of efficiency? Or will I see no difference? I want to make sure my expectations are in line with reality, so that I don't have any buyer's remorse. Thanks.

It's not *supposed* to be affecting damage healing, but right now it is. So my droid with medical rating 35 is cutting my heals down to a third of what they should be, an my droid with medical rating 65 is down to two-thirds... Time to buy a new droid.

All i do is i only have the droid out to heal wounds when i wouldn't be able to heal them otherwise. So if I am in the med center i put my droid away. I use him more for crafting than for anythign else, so unless I am in need of a food/chem crafting station, i keep him in the datapad.
