In addition to the normal message saying that I have to wait X amount of seconds before I can heal again, After I have upped my diagnostic skill a bit, I still have to wait the same amount of time. BUT, instead of getting the message that I have to wait X amount of seconds, I get a message that says that I "Can not heal at this time" (Or something similar).


Im not 100% on this, but it seems that the diagnostic skill isnt helping when using stim packs. Is it broke?

Yeah, this is kind of a bug, alot of people are saying that it could take up to 10 seconds for that message to go, even when your at Master Medic.

The diag tree wont help healing yourself, but I think that message is a latancy based bug. Just pile it on with the rest of them!

diag only works on others...slf healing is uneffected

I believe giving first aid is supposed to be affected by diagnostics, but that does not appear to be working properly. Other than that, I believe diagnostics works as intended.
