i know that no one is gonna agree with me but i think that this would be a cool idea.

Have it as part of the doctor degree (before you actually get the title of doctor) to have to have so many healing experience points in so many different towns/planets. I think it would be a cool idea and it would make the medics and novice doctors have to travel to other places. This would come in handy for places where medics are short. i.e. anchorhead on tatooine (or at least their short on starsider)

I dunno. I think that it would add another degree of difficulty to the doctor and make it even more challenging

I started out in Theed clinic as a medic, and the XP was pretty good for awhile, until the medics started to outnumber the patients. Then the first couple of docs showed up, and it was all over. I decided to pack my bags and head out, and decided to visit Jabba's palace. I set up shop in the Wayfar med clinic, and was soon swamped with folks. I made about 40-50k XP there in a couple of days of semi-casual gaming. That place put me through med school.

The only reason I wouldn't is because of the cost. Also, there aren't too many real life doctors who do their residency at more than one hospital.

Now, as for a combat medic, and I'm not suggesting they do it because I like the current setup, it might behoove them to make have to wander out into different cities and areas. But not necessary at this point.

I'm primarily based out of Kaadara, Naboo...

but I do travel a fair bit...I make it a point to visit the med centers of the places I visit to help heal or train...I think its kind of cool like that...

I rarely heal wounds in Kaadara anymore...occationally the lower end medics will call me in when they get a full black HAM toon in..since i can get them up and out in about 3 mins...

My Private Medical Clininc (House) is outside of Kadaara on Naboo.

I rarely haunt the Medical Centers anymore. I have an RLgroup of friends that keep me quite busy in the evenings, either in the field or in the Clininc, so Medical XP isn't a problem.

I'm not sure I would want to be required to planet hop.

Combat Medics, at least,arenearly required to planet hop if they want to gather all of their medicine resources themselves. Of course, they could try buying through the bazaar, but they would likely be very expensive that way.
