Thread: Please Help A medic inquiry. =)
Alright guys, here is the situation: I am going for a Master Bounty Hunter combat spec. That will leave me with a MERE 32 points. However, I want to invest these into Medic, as practically as possibe to maximize their usefullness. After 15 points for Novice Medic, I will be left with 17 which can be placed anywhere in the Medic skill tree...the question is - Where would YOU put them?
What approach should I take here? One possible spec I thought of was FAIII, DiagII, Organic Chem I. But then again, I don't need to make my own medicine...I can buy it. I just need to be able to USE it. So...should I raise Pharm to 4, and be able to use top notch medicines? Or would it be better if I raised FA and Diag instead? What approach should I take to be a successful...healing killer?

Sorry guys, I screwed up one thing - the math. I have EIGHTEEN points, not seventeen. So...with 18 points to use...where would you put them? Thanks.

Have you checked your local/galaxy Bazaar for the actual availability of Stim-B's/C's? THAT may help you determine if you could need OG2 or better.
I would go FA III and Pharm III...
dont bother with chem if you arent gonna master the tree....
just buy med packs of med specialists, theirs will be far superior in charges and heal values than anything you can make...not to mention crafting will add the whole other pain of getting resources...
FA will give u more effective heals per stim pack and pharm III will let you use experimented C packs with lowered usage requirements..
I have doc crafting 2 and can easily experiment down a C pack to pharm III lvl with plenty of extra charges and heal value...
dia is a useless line really,the extra speed is nice but not really crucial...
