Thread: /Follow doesnt work cant Heal

Of course as a medic i need to /follow my teamates to heal in combat. My /follow does not work, i just run straight although it says im following. Any of you encounter this problem? This is frustrating...

i've never had a problem /following..it jst runs in weird paths sometimes and since i hate using chase cam..the camera gets all screwy...

Like all new things, it just takes getting used to. If i'm facing some other direction than the person I'm following then I get a weird angle... almost like i'm side stepping. When you're bouncing around in a group it's almost like you put a magnet on the person you need to heal and they draw you in. Since I've been looking at it that way, I have ceased to have any problems.

I figured out what was wrong. /follow will not work when chase camara is enabled. it will say your following but you will just keep running forward. take the chase camera off and follow works correctly.

I'd /bug that one - shouldn't be limited to how you follow based on camera options.

Wow...you just solved a mystery for me! I had two keys mapped to my mousewheel, apparently...the click for activating TeamSpeak and (though I didn't realize this) the chase camera. This was driving me crazy, thanks!

yup its chase camera. i guess its a bug but its easily avoided. lets /bug it when everything else you care about is fixed
