I have 4 stimpack-a that I made, each with 11 uses. My inventory is full and I would much rather have 1 stimpack with 44 uses.

Can this be done? How? If not, how do I acquire "high use" stimpacks to save inventory space?

Sorry, no you can not combine them, nor can you combine Wound Packs. You can purchase a stim pack B, this will give you more heals and they will heal you for more damage, same goes for wound packs. But it sounds more like you need to store more stuff in your saftey deposit box to me.

find someone with a factory to make you a crate of stims

That will at most take up two inventory slots. One for the crate, and one for the stim your actively using.

Otherwise, get a backpack for an extra 50 slots, or a pocket/satchel for an extra 10 slots.
