What level of Medic do I need to use Stim Pack D's. Somebody told me I just needed to go the pharmacology tree to level 4. Is this true or do I have to go up another skill tree in Medic?

you only need pharm 4 to use em. Doctors can make them on average that heal for bout 750 with 45 charges and med use of 40. using advanced components.

Hiero, Master Docs can get them into the 800s range. I know I have, and made them 40 med use.

Stim Ds are probably the best Stims that you can use if you can. They are powerful and can heal for huge amounts. Just look for a master doctor and get him to craft your stims for you.
