the healing TEF imo needs to be reworked.

Lets Start with the cantina...as a MCM i can heal the whole cantina using one AOE heal...which also nets me a TEF if some1 walks in from a PvP battle...but if for example one of the dancers is a covert imp and another imp comes in and watches that dancer, the dancer then gets a TEF making it so i cant heal them...ok...i can deal with this cause i am a covert Rebal myself.

In combat in a group of mixed coverts (which happens a lot nowadays for me at least) as soon as Covertimp A healsCovert impB, i cant heal cpvert Imp A till the TEF wears off..ok...i can deal with this cause A) they almost never have to worry about heals when im around and B) im a covert Rebel.

Now the bitch of the matter is cause of this healing TEF a neutral MEDIC cant heal **edit**...as soon as some1 gets a TEF they cant be healed by a Neutral or opposing faction(which makes sense)..but an inpartial medic..ie..neutral medic cant heal either side??

For example i went neutral to spend time with my wife (ingame) who is an imperial...but in the cantina as soon as ppl started watching the dancers...number ofdancers i could heal went from near all of them to none...the same holds true for combat...as soon as person A heals person B...i cant heal person A till the TEF wears off (which we have no visible indicators too or a visual timer for)

I personally could care less about the faction fights and dont mind not being able to help during them...but i do hate not being able to profession's job while staying neutral.

For the faction fights...im fine with not being able to heal some1 actively engaged..cause im choosing to not become involved...but as soon as the person is not in combat i would like to heal them...not wait 30 some mins to do so...

For the cantina...giving Dancers TEF for mind healing is just stupid...they get no choice in who watches them and gets healed by them...whereas medics do get a say in who they heal...

And as a neutral if i do decide to heal some1 i should get a warning that doing so will give me a TEF...then its mychoice as to do i want to heal them and get TEF (and open myself upto RTEF and Overts) or not...this one system would make it so BOTH sides could target me...but that would be my choice not some frigging stupid TEF system.
