Well, if you want a lot of charges, go for an Advanced Biological Effect Controller.

If you want to add power (more effectiveness), go for an Advanced Liquid Suspension.

If you want even more effectiveness, add an Advanced Chemical Release Duration Mechanism.

If you are a medic with OC4, you should be able to get a stim B in the 300s range, provided you used the best of the best resources you can and all 3 advanced components. As a Master Doc, I can get them in the 400s but that is due to having 10 experimenting points.

How do you know what resources are good to use? I have been using resources that are 900+ OQ, but they yield in the mid-200's with advanced components.

OQ is the most important, but not to be missed, you also need Potential Energy and Unit Toughness.

Effectiveness:
OQ 66%
PE 33%

Charges:
OQ 66%
UT 33%

For some of the components only PE or UT is what your looking for, plus OQ. You can find out what is important for each step of the creation if you select the item from you datapad and look at the description. It will tell you what that item needs to be a success.
