Thread: does the PE in an inorganic actually do anything?

I believe in the schmatic is says 66% OQ and 33% PE is how its effected by the quality of resources for stim c's but when I use an a chemical with a high OQ and high PE(906/860.... I think) my stims come out slightly worse then when I use a metal with no PE and 975 OQ.



So does the PE not actually matter for the "inorganic" requirment?



Now if this is the case how many other things are like this? When I am required to use chemical does the PE also not matter?

as far as i read if the material doesn't have a stat it's not factored in the calculation


so using inorganic without pe doesn't effect the end product. if it did have pe it would be factored in


in theory you can use bone or wood as organic and radioactive or petrochem for inorganic and get same results but I haven't tried that yet.
