I've been keeping First Aid for bleeds, but with Master Meditate it really doesn't matter much anymore, my question is: does having it effect my Stim power at all? or would they be just as strong at novice? thanks

I think so because it increases your injury treatment mod

Yes, it does. The added injury treatment modifier gives you better heals.

However it isnt really that much of a help if you have a better place to put those skill points, it may not be a bad idea. I would guess that you get around an extra +30 from your heals.

What you want is Medic 0-0-3-0

Then you can use Stim C's (instead of B's)

That gives you much more healing power (and xp)

yes it does, big difference, but there is stil variabality that could make the heal suck.
