Thread: How to use 49 points?

Ok I've now got 49 points I can spend in medic. I already have novice medic but never gone any further. My main goal is to be able to heal myself better and possibly assist and more acomplished doctor in the field. You guys are the experts, how do you think I should spend them? Thanks

Thanks H, That's the same advice I got elsewhere so 4040 is where I'm headed.

Depends ... do you plan on making your own meds or buying them? If you want the strongest meds, you'll need to buy them. You won't be able to make the best meds unless you become a Doctor.
In any case, I recommend getting 4040 (first aid and pharmacology) and then put the rest of the points into whatever else seems to fit you ... probably speed (diagnostics). The first aid line will significantly improve the amount of damage you heal, while pharmacology will allow you to use better stimpacks like the C and D varieties.
Alternately, you could float the remaining points between artisan, scout, or entertainer as the need arises.
