Resources shift in quality periodically, and are different on every server. Look for resources with high OQ and PE (or UT) for making stims. Also check out the medic FAQ for more information about crafting.

The best I found right now was Dantooine Wild meat, and Inert(sp?) and that was 26%/24% in creation. What's the best?
