I have 81 points left after master fencer and master heavyswords.Thats enough to master but i also want to dabble in the tk meditate line. I like to pvp(fencer) and pve (swordsman) what would be a good level of medic to go for?

Well that is one thing thats great about the medic profession... it is very dabble friendly. So, it really just depends on what you want to do. Each skill is fairly balanced, so the choice is on you.

First Aid - will give you more heal per use of stim, also gives you the ability to stop bleeds at the second box

Diagnostics - will give you shorter times between heals. This will allow you to heal in rapid succesion (though personally Im not a big fan of this tree)

Pharm - Allows you to use the bigger Stims, if you take it to 3 you can use med use 30 stims, if you take it to 4, you can use stim D's. This will allow you tha maximum amount of healing for the least skill points, you just need to be able to find the stims at a decent price.

A good way to go is 2/0/3/0 - or - 2/0/4/0 - Either of these allows you to stop bleeds and use either Stim C's or D's

As I posted in another thread I have to reccommend 2/0/3/0 to you. This is a great lineup to heal yourself and others decently.
