Ok, I've been grinding away, crafting Stims and now I have twoquestions.

1. Is there a website that tells you the best resources for crafting the best stims? (I know of the http://www.iootnega.comwebsite but its too much general info)

2. What's the most common way of getting resources, harvesting your own or depending on other player shops for them?

High OQ and high PE on organics, high OQ and high UT on inorganics.

If you buy high quality resources from others, you'll pay for them. Which is why having a surveyor friend is very handy if you don't have artisan skills, he or she can tell you where to plant the harvesters for the best resources.

SWG craft is always good. There is also a widget called SWG Resource Manager out there that is pretty good.

There is no answer to that. Resources change on a weekly basis. Thus the resource tracking page on my site.

2. What's the most common way of getting resources, harvesting your own or depending on other player shops for them?

Totally depends on you. If you have the time, patience and skill points to get the material yourself, or if you have the money to simply buy from other people. If you buy from other people, you only can select from what they have available with little control over quality, and the rare resource will be hard to find. If you collect the resources yourself, you may have to wait weeks, or even months for good advanced materials to appear.
