When I do something with groups I try to heal the members, for that I use the /healDamage command, I have also made a macro for myself with "/healDamage self" to heal me, because without such a macro in the trouble of combat I am sure that I would not heal myself
In my Inventory I have B-Stims and D-Stims. For some heals the B stims are good enough and I dont need to waste my Ds, is there a way to select which stims you use with the /healDamage command? because to me it seems that the command prefers to use the lower stims, which can be realy bad if d-stims are needed.

I have wondered this as well, but I have found no way to make a macro select a particular stim. One way to work around this is to place your Stim-B's in your main inventory and your D's in your backpack and just drag and drop your Stim-D to your toolbar. This will let your macro use Stim-B's, but you have your Stim-D handy for more healing power.

The issue of how meds are selected by the /heal commands has come up before. To my recollection we haven't recieved a definite answer yet. I used to do the same as Travin, putting my larger stims in my pack and triggering them from the toolbar. Now I only carry Stim Es and Area C's. The Es are overkill, but I make my own and don't have much inventory space to spare.

There is some kind of sorting going on, and no there is no way to select specific meds or types of meds.
I know there has been general support ofr /healdamage D (as in Stim D) style commands...It has never made it very high in priority.

I don't see why some AI can't go into this to select the right stim for the right amount of damage. When I was a CM the same /healdamage command would use a Stim-E if the person was within 6M and a Ranged Stim-C if more than 6M. I'm not saying that it would be easy to do, but I think it could be done.

Oh no doubt it could be done.
The question is..."What thing do the devs NOT do, to do this instead?" ![]()
