Atm I am 4140 in Medic and it is realy good and helps a lot, but now I have to free some sp. With my D-Stims I heal for 2400 from time to time. Do you know how much it would be with only 0040 and how much can I get out of B-Stims if I am medic 4000?

My personal choice when 'Anna was medic only was 2-4-0-0 with plus 25 injury treatment BE clothes she still had good heals.

When I needed to free up Xp I was 2-2-0-0, Can heal bleeds and get some speed that way.

How important is /firstaid to you? 0040 will give you bigger heals on average (with 40 med use stim Ds) than 4000 with stim Bs, but you lose /firstaid

Another option for the same skill points - 2030 using 30 med use Stim Cs.

You might want to consider 2/0/3/0. It uses the same number of SP and gives you /firstaid and stim C. Stim C's will give you enough healing power to heal yourself to full every time if your not buffed (and get you most of the way there if you are). Stopping bleeds can be a life saver, especially against mind bleeding professions.

thanks for the infos atm I heal myself and others a lot when we are buffed, they d-stims are realy awesome andsafe a lot oflifes from time to time. I have never thought of switching to C-stim but maybeI will have to try it out because the 2030 thing sounds good. I dont knowhow often I use firstaid but it is from time to time, maybe I would only notice how important it is, when it is gone.

First aid is great when mobs like Rancor put mind bleeds on you...
