The most common way to get crafting xps is to make BEC's until you can make Adv BEC's. Check the Doctor Corresponents website (www.iootnega.com) for macros.

Your subject asks what's the best xp in craft. If by 'best' you mean 'most', then I have absolutely no idea.
If you want the fastest xp, craft the simplest things you can find. I grinded (ground??) my way through all four organic check skills crafting nothing but stim a's and simple wound/health heal kits (using my crafting macros). Those all require only two ingredients,butgive only about 34xp. They only take about 19 seconds total to craft, so if you have 4 crafting devices, you're all set. More specifically, once you finish crafting in one device, you move on to the next while the first one is finishing, etc. Keep moving. That's my advice.
, 3 crafting tools, no macros and made BC's (use the least amount of resource for 34xp). Took about a day for that.
