Thread: Stim Packs best resources to use?

I have crafted some Stim Pack B's and the normal health heal, without experimentation is usually around 100.
I bought some Stim Pack B's and they had healing of 385. How come there is so much difference?
Can anyone advise the best resources to use for Stim B's and C's.
