Hey fellas/ladies,

I'm about to be 4444 Medic, and it dawned on me that I'm getting ready to have to come up with a bunch of AP. What, in your opinion is the best way to find people to train? Do you have an macro advertisement to train? Do you just go about your business in other professions and train when you find something? I'm not very rich, so I don't really have a bunch of cash to give out for trains, although maybe that's the way to go... (certainly got my attention)...

Thanks!!

There really is no easy way to get AP. If you're in a good size guild, just let everyone know what you can teach and that you really need the AP. Plus never turn down an option to train someone, and keep your highest title up. You could also look for someone else that's grinding medic and teach them.

Ahh yes the title. I'll do that. I think if I just hang out in the medical center, I should do ok. You can still get medical xp (because I want to be Master Doctor next) by healing, right? I mean, just because I'm not a Master Medic/Novice Doctor yet doesn't meant I can't get more xp....? So I'm thinkin' I'll just hang out in the med center and keep an eye out for those that want to train while continuing to get more xp for myself.

Werd.

Cobra, how are you doing, brother?

With the introduction of Publish 8, all new SWG characters now start in Mos Eisley. On a Friday or Saturday night, you will find lots of new characters to SWG.

All of them will be in much need of training. Go hang out in the medical center there and train new medics. Also listen for Artisan shouts for training in the Surveying line. If you have taken up a combat profession, listen for the combat types who come back to town to be trained. All in all, hang out in Mos Eisley for awhile and you'll be fine =)

If you put on your helper tag and help a few of them, you might even be able to convince to them to come to you for training instead of someone else =)

Hope that helps!

YeahI did the ole "HELPER" tag last night. My problem is that I get too antsy just sitting around waiting. So last night I did a bit of crafting whilst hawking my services in Coronet.

But you say Mos Eisley will be better. I'll check it out there. I can always craft there.

Unfortunately I don't have the survey line of Scout. Currently I've got Medic 4444, Scout 4040, Brawler 4100, and TKA 0010.

Patience is a virtue that I do not have.

Thanks for the tips, I'm sure it will help.

You know, I was wondering why I started out in Mos Eisley instead of picking a planet. I'll have to head there to get Appy points too, and do some newb healing to up my XP

Kieneci,

Hehe. Don't tell anyone else about Mos Eisley =) It will be a HUGE hang out of players looking for app in the next couple of months. Keep it a secret for now.

Yes, standing around in the Cnet med center has it's perks, and gaining appy points is one of them. I'mnot nearto Master Doc (1221 I think) and I've almost got all the appy that I need just from healing wounds and hanging around while others were healing tumblers.
