Hello, I couldn't quite find this in the clicky guides. I was wondering if the /tendwound command was affected by any mod, like Wound Healing or something.

Ok /tendwound is affected by the Wound Treatment and Wound Treatment Speed mods. So yes a Doc using /tendwound will heal with it for more wounds and do it faster. Also /tendwound requires either a droid with a Medical Rating or a Med Center ( or Player Structure ).

Hope this helps.

Thank you I'm only novice medic and use it for healing myself...so was just wondering if I should pick up some bio-enhanced clothing to help myself out. At novice it seems very random and varied healing power.

Really, /healwound is always better ... try to get or make some meds.

I'm too cheap for meds, not enough time to find them. I just need a little test...and with no modded clothing I had better healing than with no modded clothing. I am now unsure if /tendwound is affected by Wound healing mods.

No one has some hard data or any information on this?

It is affected by your wound treatment modifier. As a master doc, I can heal a lot more wounds with it than I could as a medic.

But does modded clothing affect it? Because it seems that it doesn't at all...even at +40.

Clothing can only give you +25, so at +40, 15 is wasted. The BE clothes do work, up to the +25 cap. There is a randomness to wound healing, so if you want to test the difference, you need to do a large number of trial heals.

I have been testing and recording...tendwound seems unaffected by the clothing. +25 is a 500% increase in wound healing compared to my novice skill. Shouldn't that at least do a little bit better on average than with no clothing?

If by random you mean healing any pool it chooses, that's because you're probably just typing "/tendwound".

If you type "/tendwound health" it will heal health wounds, and it works withall the other stats (other than mind, of course)

That's not the randomness I was talking about. There's a random factor in how many wounds are healed with each use.

Oh, I see. I see it too, sometimes I'll heal 50 wounds, and sometimes I'll heal 20. It's weird.
