I am currently MDoc/MMedic/MCM and i am considering changing. I am wondering if I get enough CA's is it possible to be a 12 point medic (purpose of selling subcomponets and B's)?

Nope. The most you can have as a master medic w/o doc crafting is a 7 point crafter. All clothing bonuses cap at +25, so 2 points are the most you can get from clothes.
