Yes you are Capped at Master Medic for Injury Treatment Speed. Short of taking food (can't remember what its called), I don't think CA or AA even work for Injury Treatment Speed. But I never really bothered trying, if you need to stim more then once ever 2-3 seconds you are doing something wrong....or using really crappy stims.
