with all of those required materials...are they even worth making? Could stim c's be all that I need. Im almost CM, but was wondering about that.

Stim D's require a private crafting station. You can't use one of the public ones in the NPC cities.

It was mentioned in the original reply but it'sworth saying again that the BEC / ABEC needs to come from a factory crate.

You need to be using a Food and Chemical Crafting tool and be by a Food and Chemical Crafting station for some of the more advanced schematics to show up in the crafting tool menu.
